Snoop Dogg's Son Gives Up On Football, Quits UCLA Team

Snoop Dogg's son, Cordell Broadus, has quit the UCLA football team according to coach Jim Mora, in order to pursue other passions including his film career. Or as his father would say, he dropped the team LIKE IT WAS HOT! Snoop did not storm the campus slinging around kettle bells after hearing the news. “Cordell informed me yesterday that he has decided to pursue other passions in his life — in particular his love of film through his company Film School Productions,” head coach Jim Mora said in a statement. “Cordell is an amazing young man with many talents, and we wish him nothing but the best as he continues to pursue his degree at UCLA.” Snoop Jr., a 6'3 wide receiver, was ranked as one of the Top-30 recruits in the Class of 2015, but he failed to show up to the Bruins' training camp this week after committing back in February. Diddy's son, Justin Combs, is still on the roster and in training camp, despite his father's attack on UCLA strength and conditioning coach, Sal Alosi.
