Chris Brown Cleared To Leave The Philippines

Chris Brown was finally cleared to leave The Philippines. Earlier this week, Chris Brown completed a show in Manila, and was getting ready to leave The Philippines when he was blocked by the Philippine Department of Justice. On grounds that he had missed a previous New Year's Eve concert he had scheduled in the country, Brown was barred from leaving the country for an undisclosed amount of time, prompting him to even ask Obama for help. Now it looks like he's finally free to go. Breezy just posted a n Instagram video of himself walking down the tarmac at what we assume to be the Manila airport, excitedly shouting, “Manila, it was fun! I love y’all man. We finna come to Macau, party tonight! Turn up!"
