Nipsey Hussle Arrested For Codeine Possession

Nipsey Hussle was arrested Wednesday night in Burbank, CA for codeine possession after police search his car during a traffic stop, reports the LA Times. Hussle, whose given name is Ermias Asghedom, was pulled over for driving without plates coming home from the studio. Police searched his vehicle with his consent after learning that he an outstanding warrant for driving with a suspended license. Their search yielded a bottle of codeine along with soda and a cup of ice, and he was unable to provide the necessary proof of prescription.
