TMZ reports that Child Protective Service and the Fulton County Police Department have teamed up to investigate Rich Homie Quan after he posted a clip on snapchat of himself puffing on what looks to be a blunt with his 1-year old baby boy sitting on his lap. Sources say that Child Protective Services wants to sit down with Quan and ask him a slew of questions, more specifically what was he smoking? They also reportedly want to know if this was a one-time situation or his standard operating procedure. If this were to go terribly South for Quan, he could face possible criminal charges, including endangering a child and reckless behavior.
