Joe Budden is a meme now. A pack of young Drake fans decided it would be funny to "pull up" on Joe Budden at his house Sunday and film the encounter on social media. Budden reacted by initiating a wild car chase after the kids and, once he had caught up to them, got out and menaced them at their car while clutching a handful of rocks. Naturally, the internet has collectively meme-ified this ridiculous turn of events. Joe Budden is now, among other things, an Olympic sprinter, a character in GTA, and the dude from Temple Run.

Joe Budden Responds To Drake's Diss On French Montana's "No Shopping"

Joe Budden hits Drake with a crying Jordan meme after hearing the OVO boss' diss on French Montana's new single, "No Shopping." As promised, tonight's episode of OVO Sound Radio included the premiere of French Montana's new Drake-featuring single: "No Shopping." News of the collab first broke in May, when French Montana shared a brief snippet of the song, during which Drake can be heard beginning his verse by rapping, "Pump, pump it up." The line was presumed to be a shot at Joe Budden, who had recently given VIEWS a decidedly negative review on his podcast. Now that the full version of "No Shopping" is here, it's clear that the "Pump It Up" reference was no accident. Much of Drake's verse is directed at Budden, whom he denounces as a one-hit wonder. "You let me turn into the n*gga that you almost was," he raps. Drake doesn't mention Budden by name until toward the end of his verse, when he raps, "Last week, Budden runnin' in the room / This week sold 1.2." Judging by his recent tweets and retweets, Budden has heard "No Shopping," and he has already proclaimed himself to be the victor of the beef, clearly feeling that Drake's bars on the new French Montana single don't stand up to the two diss tracks he has already put out, starting at the end of last month with "Making a Murderer" and then another one, "Wake," less than a week later. Budden provided his first response to "No Shopping" by retweeting an image of a drained iPhone battery, suggesting that Drake's latest raps are the opposite of "Charged Up." He then posted another meme -- not exactly a creative one, but a successful effort nonetheless -- showing the crying Jordan face pasted onto the head of the OVO owl. Budden has since responded to a few of his followers who also agreed that Drake's "No Shopping" response was lackluster.

Joe Budden Praises Drake's "4PM In Calabasas," Says Diddy Needs To Respond

Joe Budden finally heard the "inspired" Drake he'd been missing tonight on "4PM in Calabasas." A few lines on the song take aim at Diddy, and Budden feels the disses are hard enough to necessitate a response. There was a flood of new music on tonight's episode of OVO Sound Radio. It was thought that Drake would pay tribute to Gucci Mane in his DJ mix, and he took it a step further and surprised listeners with a brand new collab with the unshackled Brick Squad boss himself: "Back on Road." A bit later, Drake's current No. 1, "One Dance," received a fittingly poppy remix from another Canuck in Justin Bieber. And lastly, Drake signed off by adding another installment to his storied time-sensitive city songs, this one called "4PM in Calabasas." The beat, produced by Frank Dukes and Vinylz with co-production from Allen Ritter, contains what sounds like the classic Bad Boy loop -- according to Joe Budden, who praised "4PM in Calabasas" on Twitter upon hearing it, even though he feels the song disses Puffy and, perhaps, himself. Budden might've created tension with Drake after giving Views a lackluster review on his podcast, saying, "I felt that that kid on that album I heard sounds real fucking uninspired." About a week later, French Montana previewed a snippet of a forthcoming collab he has with Drake, who begins his verse with, "Pump, pump it up," perhaps a reference to Budden's biggest hit, 2003's "Pump It Up." "Sounded inspired," Budden first tweeted about "4PM in Calabasas." "He snapped just now, even if he dissed me and Puff the whole time," he went on, "He ain't sound that inspired in a minute (to me)."

Joe Budden takes to IG to reveal the artwork & tracklist to his upcoming “All Love Lost” LP. Just hours after hitting us with the video for his lead single “Broke,” Joe Budden decides to come through and share the official artwork & tracklisting to his upcoming All Love Lost LP. Announced via Instagram, the tracklist was cleverly decoded in a message that Joe had written in the post. It says… "Is ALL LOVE LOST? Maybe our foundation BROKE while we were PLAYING OUR PART, but when I fell no one noticed there was a MAN DOWN. Before that I felt IMMORTAL. Telling everyone I LOVE, I’M GOOD. Afterwards I didn’t think I’d MAKE IT THRU THE NIGHT. I Felt ppl just wanted to SLAUGHTERMOUSE. So to keep busy I’ve been listening to what those hoes say while deciding WHERE DO WE GO from here. The UNNECESSARY PAIN is constant. I still got LOVE FOR YOU." As of now, the LP doesn’t have any features on it, but that could easily change as we near closer to the September 25 release date.

Joe Budden releases cover art for "All Love Lost," out 9/25. Joe Budden has been in the headlines recently for starting some beef with Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill, but he nevertheless has his eyes on the prize, his upcoming album All Love Lost. After announcing on Wednesday that he would release the album on September 25th, Budden revealed the album cover art today via an Instagram post. Meek Mill Disses Joe Budden Over Comments About His Relationship With Nicki Minaj

Meek Mill took to twitter to respond to Joe Budden's comments about his relationship with Nicki. Coming as no real surprise, Meek Mill took to twitter early Saturday morning and responded to the comments made by Joe Budden this week during his podcast. If you missed it, Joe had some very choice words for Meek’s relationship with girlfriend Nicki Minaj. He said he felt that the MMG rapper’s music is too hard for him to be displaying such open feelings for Nicki. "Meek's music is too hard for me to look at him with this fucking sappy fuck-shit. Be the hardcore guy that I'm sure she was attracted to at some point. It's nasty. I hate everything about it." – Joe Budden in his Podcast Of course with twitter in an uproar about Budden’s remarks, news quickly made its way to Meek, who wasn’t shy with his daggering response and diss either. Calling Budden a “noodle”, Meek went on to talk about a time he brought Joe out on stage at a show in NYC and he turned it into a “funeral”. He also went after Joe's pocket book too, suggesting he should stick to "Love & Hip Hop" since his rap money is slowing up. Joe proceeded to respond to Meek’s disses, warning Meek that he won’t want to take this dispute to the mic. Joe Budden Skips Out On Court Date, Wanted By Police

Joe Budden failed to appear for his court date Thursday, after which the judge immediately issued a warrant for his arrest, reports TMZ. Back in August 2014, Budden turned himself in to NYPD after allegedly stealing his ex-girlfriend's cell phone and beating her. According to sources, he tracked her down as she ate at a NYC restaurant and dragged her out to his car, where he choked her, slammed her head against the dashboard, and continued to beat her after driving back to his New Jersey home. He was charged with robbery and grand larceny. Stay tuned for updates on the saga of Mr. Budden.
