Lil Wayne & Birdman Spotted In Studio With Yo Gotti
Birdman and Lil Wayne hit the studio together last night.
With Birdman and Lil Wayne putting their beef behind them, it was only a matter of time before they hit the studio together. There were rumblings that the two had made up after they celebrated New Year's Eve together, and later, they partied/announced their reconciliation at Club LIV. Next stop, studio.
Birdman posted a photo of the two, plus "Down in the DMs" connoisseur, Yo Gotti, in the studio last night. He captioned the photo "studio flow" followed by ample hashtags, notably including #YMCMB4LIFE (and also: #blatt).

Birdman Debuts "CMRG" Logo, Seemingly Replacing "YMCMB"
Birdman seems to have retired the YMCMB acronym following his feud with Lil Wayne.
Over the last few months, Lil Wayne has been desperately trying to get out of his deal with Cash Money, taking his own Young Money imprint with him. Whether he's succeeded or not, it looks like Birdman is ready to let go of the iconic YMCMB (Young Money Cash Money Billionaires) logo, now switching it out for CMRG (Cash Money Rich Gang).
Baby debuted the new acronym on his Instagram today, modelling a brand new sweatshirt/sweatpants combo.
There's no question that Birdman was sending a message with the photo, but whether it was simply shade sent at Wayne or a declaration that Cash Money and Young Money are actually separating is unclear.

Birdman's Instagram Hacked
Birdman's IG was hacked in a big way.
Birdman's Instagram was hacked Thursday afternoon, his phone numbers and personal email addresses made bare for his 1.6 million followers and the whole world to see. Birdman has since deleted the images.
The hacker posted a mysterious message that ended with Birdman's contact info three times with the caption "Kallme pls." He then posted a photo reading only "the best is yet to come," captioned "lol." After Birdman deleted these images, the hacker returned, posting "Don't be shy, just call me. I love attention."
Birdman has taken his share of Ls this year, but perhaps none bigger than this.
See what the hacker posted on Birdman's IG in the gallery. We've omitted his contact info.
Who do you think is behind the hacking?

Birdman Denies Involvement In Lil Wayne Murder Plot
Birdman claims that he played no part in Jimmy Winfrey's shooting of Lil Wayne's tour bus.
The ongoing Birdman vs. Lil Wayne beef took an ugly turn a few weeks ago, when police documents linked Stunna and Young Thug to a shooting of Wayne's tour bus that occurred on April 26th. One of the main pieces of evidence cited by law enforcement was that someone (police insinuated it was the suspect, Jimmy Winfrey), placed a call to Birdman on a phone owned by the Cash Money boss just after the incident, but now Baby is looking to set the record straight.
A source close to him told TMZ that the outgoing call came from someone in Wayne's camp who was complaining about Winfrey, who had been kicked out of a club for "harassing Wayne" just before the shooting. The source elaborated by saying that everyone from Wayne's people to Cash Money employees to Winfrey himself use company phones technically owned by Birdman, so police can't be certain that it was Winfrey calling him.

Birdman Reportedly Pissed That Tyga Dropped His Album On Spotify
Birdman drama continues, as the music mogul is reportedly upset over Tyga's "The Gold Album" roll out (or lack thereof).
Tyga dropped his latest album, The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty out of nowhere, opting to first make it available via a free Spotify stream. Later that same week the album became available on iTunes, but the first week sales failed to really impress, at a reported 2,200 copies.
T-Raww hopped on twitter after the album sales circulated to clarify that he gave no fucks, as he wasn't trying to sell the album in the first place due to all the label issues. That plan, however, reportedly isn't sitting well with Cash Money head honcho Birdman.
TMZ reports that Birdman did not approve of Tyga's roll out method, allegedly calling the move a "childish" stunt to get out of his deal and sign with Lil Wayne alone. However, Birdman is reportedly not counting The Gold Album towards his contract, and thus Tyga would still owe him one more album before he's a free man.

Birdman & Entourage Reportedly Heckled Lil Wayne At Club LIV
Club LIV, in Miami, is a well-known spot for celebrities to hang, and, it's an equally famous spot for beef to go down. From Diddy slapping Drake outside of the venue last year, to Rich Homie Quan's fabled speedboat get-away, the club does not lack in celebrity beef.
This past weekend LIV added yet another celebrity match-off to their history, with reports that both Lil Wayne and sparring partner Birdman were in attendance. HypeBeast reports that both artists were there to celebrate Jim Jones' birthday. When Weezy F took the stage, things went sour as Birdman allegedly attempted to throw a drink at his former son. It didn't stop there, as members of Baby's entourage reportedly threw bottles of water at Wayne during his performance.
We get a glimpse inside the nightclub via an Instagram video from Baller Alert below. Take a look.

Drake takes over summer with OVO!
Once you reach a certain status in the rap game, there comes a time where you dedicate an entire summer to headlining music festivals. We've seenKanye West, and more recently, Outkast, take on this task, but in 2015, it'sDrake's turn.
Following two headlining sets at Coachella earlier in the month, Drizzy will be heading to Wirless, Governor's Ball, his own OVO Fest, and now Landmark Festival in DC.
The Toronto rapper will be sharing the bill with The Strokes, alt-J, CHVRCHES, Band Of Horses, and more, but appears to be the only rap act announced so far.
The festival will take place September 26-27 in Washington D.C.'s West Potomac Park. Tickets are currently on sale.
