Kendrick Lamar Announces "Untitled Unmastered" Lyric Contest

Kendrick Lamar will host a lyric contest for those die-hard fans who think they know all the lyrics to "untitled unmastered." Kendrick Lamar sent shockwaves throughout the internet late last week when he surprised fans with the release of a new project on iTunes simply dubbed untitled unmastered, which contained 8 untitled demo tracks from his To Pimp a Butterfly recording sessions. While the project has been hit amongst fans, the TDE camp is still taking the necessary steps to further promote the surprise album, and one specific way they’re doing so is by way of a lyric contest. On Wednesday (March 9) at 4 PM PST Kendrick and TDE will be holding a lyric contest on twitter. Each track off the album will have a corresponding question about its lyrics, and the first person to answer it correctly on Twitter will win a gift package full of merch, which will include a t-shirt, hat, and backpack.
