In the midst of Drake Day, Gucci Mane stealthy unleashes a 36-song offering "Meal Ticket." Without so much as an announcement, Gucci Mane has taken to iTunes today to drop a new album, Meal Ticket, a combination of his Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, & Dessert projects that results in one monstrous tracklist. The locked-up rapper is reportedly set to be released in September, with a tour already announced following his release. Perhaps he's attempting to empty out his hard drive before he gets back in the studio as a free man, with the release of his 36-track effort. Jay Z Was Reportedly Involved In Creation of Beyonce's "Lemonade"

Sources say Jay Z approved every song on "Lemonade." Since basically nobody saw Beyonce's Lemonade coming, in the sense that it would be a public airing of Jay Z's dirty laundry, it was a common assumption that Jay Z didn't see it coming either -- both during Sunday's premiere of the visual album and the ensuing fallout, which largely taken the form of an internet witchhunt for "Becky with the good hair." But according to E!, sources say Jay Z was intimately involved in the creation of the project and approved the music before its release. "Jay was involved in the creation of Lemonade and knew every song Bey was going to release," one source said. "He knew the lyrics; he knew the implications. He had to approve the songs before release. Jay is a very smart businessman...Bottom line is that they are both really smart and they both saw dollar signs." While Hov was absent during the first half of the film -- the angry half -- he appeared during several tender moments during the second half -- the healing half. According to another source, "Beyoncé is amazed on how everything turned out. She worked day and night on this. She celebrated with family; Jay was by her side. When Beyoncé put this album together she was aware of the message she was sending out. She knew that people were going to dissect each word. Kodak Black Charged With Weapons, Drugs & More After High-Speed Police Chase

Police have confirmed details of yesterday's arrest of Kodak Black. A high-speed car chase ensued after police had seen Kodak amid an alleged drug deal. Photos as well as footage of Kodak Black (real name Dieuson Octave) being handcuffed and put in the back of a police SUV surfaced yesterday, though the charges against him were unknown. It has now been confirmed that the South Florida rapper was arrested yesterday in his native Broward County for possession of weapons by a convicted felon as well as possession of cannabis. He also faces additional charges of fleeing a Law Enforcement Officer at a high speed as well as disobeying traffic devices. Speaking to Miami news outlet WPLG Local, police reported that they originally spotted Kodak involved in a suspected drug deal with two other men. When police approached, Kodak and another man, Wisdom Williams, were able to drive away from the scene. A high-speed pursuit ensued, during which Kodak reportedly sped through multiple red lights. The chase ended when Kodak parked his car at 2017 Jackson St. in the town of Hollywood, where police saw him discarding a firearm into a nearby dumpster. Police reported that Kodak and Williams were both uncooperative during the arrest and that their vehicle smelled strongly of marijuana. The amount of cannabis police were able to find is unknown except for that it was less than 20 grams. When police searched the dumpster, they discovered a loaded Glock 23 pistol as well as a 30-round magazine round of ammunition. As Kodak had been previously convicted on a kidnapping charge, he has been charged as a felon for possessing a weapon.

iLoveMakonnen's Departure From OVO Confirmed

iLoveMakonnen is reportedly no longer on OVO. In news that will surprise approximately no one, iLoveMakonnen's departure from Drake's label OVO has been confirmed. The Red Dragon, as he refers to himself, has been at odds with the label for a minute, expressing doubts in several interviews (including during our recent cover story sit-down, although none of those quotes made the final story). While it's generally been assumed that Makonnen is no longer on the label, there's now no doubt, with a confirmation coming from Billboard. It should be noted that Makonnen's Drink More Water 6 indicates a release by Warner, but there is no indication of OVO, which is quite standard on other iTunes releases from the label, so that right there is somewhat of a giveaway. In related Makonnen news, the rapper recently dropped a new record with his personal idol Lil B, "Can't Let It Go," and teased a possible tour with the BasedGod as well. Tyler, The Creator’s clothing line Golf Wang will be the next up with its own runway show. Made, the fashion upstart, convinced Moschino to switch its next runway shows for two 2017 collections from London to Made’s new event in Los Angeles, Made LA. The second night of the two day event will feature a runway show for Golf Wang, Tyler, The Creator’s clothing line. When asked to describe the collection, Tyler is effervescent. “I just make whatever clothes I want to wear for the next five months and then run that. Desiigner Vomits Onstage While Performing "Panda"

"I got broads in Atlanta... BLERGHHHH!" Desiigner was performing "Panda" at The Emporium on Long Island Saturday night when he found himself in something of a pickle. He had to throw up. The 18-year-old G.O.O.D. Music rapper had just hurled his shirt into the crowd and launched into the chorus of his hit single when all that pre-performance Yak curdling in his stomach decided it wanted to get out, ASAP. He valiantly tried to hold it together but in the end couldn't prevent himself from blowing chunks all over the stage. Fortunately, his hype man kept the energy level high throughout. Desiigner recovered quickly and continued to get the crowd hyped as if nothing had happened.

It's a girl! John Legend and Chrissy Teigen are very happy people today. The couple have announced the birth of their daughter, Luna Simone Stephens, who, according to John's tweet, was born on Thursday, April 14th. Now that the two have had some time with their new child, they're happy to share the great news with the world, with Teigen posting a picture that included the baby's name and weight (6 lb 11 oz) on Instagram, captioning the photo, "She's here! Luna Simone Stephens, we are so in love with you! And sleepy. Very sleepy.

Tech N9ne Announces Release Date For Next Album "The Storm"

Tech N9ne is reportedly working on a new album called "The Storm," dropping in September. Tech N9ne may be 44 years old, but he’s still easily one of the hardest working rappers in the game right now. Having released two albums in 2015 in Special Effects & Strangeulation 2, the Strange Music CEO is reportedly already eyeing his follow up for 2016. Taking to Instagram Friday night, Tech decided to presumably announce the title to his next album The Storm, which will be dropping on September 9. His captioned read, “I don't fit the part for mainstream cause I'm rougher only time they wanna look like me is Halloween mutha fucka! ( I GET IT NOW) THE STORM, 9/9/16.” According to HHNM, Chris Brown is reportedly set to make an appearance on a song called “Mid Cuff,” but that hasn't been confirmed. Atlanta-based rap collective Bankroll Mafia has released two tracks to date: "Bankrolls on Deck" and the extraordinarily fiery "Out My Face." With a fan base already in place, they announced that they will release their first album on Friday, April 22. After T.I.teased the album on Wednesday via Twitter, Bankroll Mafia announced the date on Instagram Thursday evening. When it was conceived last year, Bankroll Mafia comprised of T.I, Young Thug, Shad Da God, & Peewee Roscoe. The roster may have switched slightly given that Roscoe was recently sentenced to 20 years in prison for shooting up Lil Wayne's tour bus.

Kanye West Shows Support For Rob Kardashian After Blac Chyna Engagement

Kanye is down to ride for his brother Rob. Blac Chyna...not so much. "Blac Chyna fuckin' Rob, help him with the weight," rapped Kanye West on "Highlights," poking fun at the surprising relationship between his brother-in-law and the model who has a son with Tyga (who's tryna wife Ye's 18-year-old sister-in-law...it's messy). Not only has Chyna acted as Rob Kardashian's personal trainer, she's now his fiancée, as the couple announced its engagement plans earlier this week. Kanye recently touched down in LAX, where he was greeted by reporters and asked about his thoughts on Rob and Chyna's hasty engagement. He said he hasn't yet received an invite to the wedding, and when asked about whether "the family" was supporting the new couple, Kanye expressed his love for Rob, whilst perhaps directing a hint of shade at the future Blac Kardashian. "You know, Rob is my brother. I love Rob...that's all I can say," said Kanye with a smile. Kanye West Says The Taylor Swift Line On "Famous" Helped Him Beat Writer's Block

After performing "Famous" for the first time in the Philippines, Kanye West segues into an emotional speech about overcoming writer's block, a battle that began after his run-in with Taylor Swift at the 2009 VMAs. "That night when I went on stage was the beginning of the end of my life. Lady GaGa cancelled the tour the next day. You know what night I'm talking about," Kanye West told the crowd during his headlining show at The Paradise International Music Festival in the Philippines last night after performing "Famous" for the first time ever. The night in question is the night of September 13, 2009, when Taylor Swift won the award for Best Female Video at the VMAs was interrupted by Kanye during her acceptance speech, who told her, "I'mma let you finish," before telling the audience that "Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time." The controversial moment was brought up again after Kanye released his latest album, The Life of Pablo, as on the track "Famous," which was recently named Pablo's first single, Kanye opened with the lines: "For all my Southside n*ggas that know me best / I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / Why? I made that bitch famous." That line ended up leading to another uncomfortable award show moment, as Swift seemed to target Kanye during her acceptance speech for Album of the Year at this year's Grammys. After giving the inaugural performance of "Famous" in Manila last night, Kanye explained how "Famous," and its opening line in particular, helped him rid himself of writer's block. "What I wanted you to know the whole time," he told the crowd, repeating the song's final lyric, "in the spirit of Nina Simone -- in the spirit of real artists -- this is the song that broke the writer's block for me." Miami Rapper Zoey Dollaz Signs To Future & L.A. Reid

Zoey Dollaz is the newest member of the Freebandz Gang. Miami rapper Zoey Dollaz started to blow up with "Blow a Check," the hit single he released last August that was remixed by Diddy and French Montana and included on Puff's November mixtape MMM. In February, Zoey joined both Ciroc Boys in the "Blow a Check" music video. It has now been revealed that Zoey has signed to Future's Freebandz Records, and consequently, to L.A. Reid's Epic Records, which handles distribution for Future's imprint. Future tagged his new signee in a Twitter post that reads "Freebandz over Everythang," and Zoey posted a couple of pictures of himself next to L.A. Reid at from Epic's headquarters. In the caption of the below pic, Zoey explained how it had been a lifelong dream of his to get signed by Reid. "Just chase your dreams man because somewhere out there they're real!" he finished the post.

Drake To Host OVO Sound Radio Tomorrow Night

Drake and his OVO partner Oliver El-Khatib will host tomorrow's episode of OVO Sound Radio. It's Views month, so it was only a matter of time until Drake made an appearance on his label's Beats 1 radio show. Tomorrow night at 6pm EST, the duo known as October Firm, made up of Drake and OVO co-founder Oliver-El Khatib, will host episode 19 of OVO Sound Radio. The show will also include a guest mix from Virgil Abloh, the creator of the fashion company Off-White as well as a close creative consultant of Kanye West's. The last time October Firm hosted OVO Sound was at the end of January, and to cap off their mix, Drake premiered "Summer Sixteen," the first single off Views from the 6 and proceeded to rinse it back 5 more times to give it the blessing of the lucky number 6. After October Firm, Majid Jordan took over to live premiere their debut self-titled album. If OVO Sound Radio sticks to its bi-weekly schedule, then Drake will have one more opportunity to host the show this month (on the 23rd). Some have posited that next Saturday (the 16th) would make a good Views release date as the date, written in numerical form -- 4/16, matches Drake's native area code in Toronto. However, Pitchfork recently posted an article in which the site claimed to have insider's knowledge that Views would be arriving closer to the end of the month. Regardless of when the full album is dropping -- or if it will be premiered on OVO Sound -- it's almost certain that Drake will give fans something (anything!!!) off of Views from the 6 tomorrow night. And that's reason enough to tune in.

Chris Rock may or may not be playing a cruel joke on us. Is Chris Rock trolling us? The actor took his twitter and Instagram accounts late last night to share a group photo that included Andre 3000, Jarobi, Dave Chapelle, D-Nice and Jack White. That's quite the group by itself, but it was Chris Rock's caption that's got the internet in a tizzy. The comedian, who is no stranger to a dry joke, captioned the post, "Me , Dave , D-nice , jack white and jarobi hard at work on the new Andre 3000 album." Hmmm. Is he just playing with our emotions?
